SB 216 - At the present time, the maximum admission fee for the State Fair is set at four dollars and the State Fair Commission cannot increase the fee by more than fifty cents per year.

This act removes the maximum charge and the annual increase limit and will permit the State Fair Commission to establish admission fees without a limit.
