HCS/SB 368 - This act allows the County Collector to publish a list of lands with an assessed value of $500 or less and either has been previously advertised or is one lot in a development of at least twenty lots, without publishing the land description or names of the record owners in the local newspaper. The collector shall publish a notice that the above information on such lands shall be posted at the county courthouse and the county collector's office.

This act contains an emergency clause.
