HS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 386 & 372 - This act revises several aspects of administrative rulemaking.

Chapter 536 is amended to include all changes summarized in

TAT for SS/SCS/HS/HB 850.

The bill then repeals existing rulemaking authority for twenty-six administrative entities and provides that any new rules must be promulgated according to Chapter 536, RSMo, as newly amended.
