SB 562 - This act provides that the statements, photographs
and fingerprints required by the registration of certain sex
offenders in Section 589.400 to 589.425 are not public records.
Local law enforcement agencies shall provide a list of names and
addresses of registered offenders in the jurisdiction, and the
crime for which the offender was convicted, including individuals
who received a suspended imposition of sentence.
