SB 581 - This act provides that bonded indebtedness incurred by Linn State Technical College shall not be deemed an indebtedness of the state or the Board of Regents of the College. The act allows Linn State Technical College to participate with employers in the New Jobs Training Program established under Sections 178.892 to 178.896, RSMo, in the same manner currently provided for community colleges.
