SB 636 - This act would make present and former state-wide
elected officials and members of the General Assembly ineligible
for retirement benefits if such persons are removed from office,
or convicted of a felony in connection with their duties which
involves fraud, embezzlement, bribery or corruption. This act
applies only to service on or after August 28, 1998.
