SB 653 - This act adds not-for-profit cemetery association
corporations to the definition of political subdivision. The
definition limits the application to only Sections 70.210 to
70.320, RSMo. Generally this includes the power to contract,
acquire land, finance actions, and establish joint management
over contracts.
