SS/SB 657 - This act would place Administrative Hearing Commissioners into the Administrative Law Judge retirement system. This act also allows the member to make an election of creditable service from MOSERS to the Administrative Law Judge provisions, however, the member would have to serve a majority of his or her six-year term to receive such benefits pursuant to this act.
