SB 764 - This act eliminates the classification and
population requirements of Section 473.767 of the probate code.
Current law mandates that a former public administrator deliver
the administration of estates to the successor public
administrator in first classification charter counties, first
classification non-charter counties containing part of a city of
over 350,000 population, and second classification counties with
over 57,000 population and containing part of a city of over
350,000 population. This act makes the provision applicable
statewide.
