SB 769 - This act repeals the existing rulemaking authority
for sixteen administrative entities and grants new rulemaking
authority for rules that comply with Chapter 536, RSMo. Rules
currently in existence would remain in effect and any new rule
would be considered nonseverable with the General Assembly's
ability to review agency regulations.
