SB 811 - The act renames the Missouri Access to Higher
Education Trust Fund as the Missouri Tomorrow Fund. The act
expands the program to allow students to attend independent
institutions or a state technical college as well as other state
institutions. The act extends the terms of members of the Fund's
oversight board from three years to six years, except that six of
the first round of ten appointees shall serve three year terms,
so that terms are staggered throughout the six year cycle. The
act also states that members may be reappointed.
