SB 870 - This act creates an appeal mechanism for persons
who have been disqualified from employment by the Department of
Mental Health for violent offenses specified in Section
630.170.2, RSMo. Persons disqualified due to an abuse and neglect
conviction may appeal to the Director of Health.
