SB 872 - This act would allow the Board of Trustees of the
St. Louis Police Retirement System to transfer 50% of excess
money from the member's savings fund to the benefit increase
fund, to be used for members' benefit increases. The Board may
also transfer money from the benefit increase fund to the
member's savings fund, the benefit reserve fund or the general
reserve fund, provided that all such moneys in the benefit
increase fund shall be used solely for benefits of members.
