SB 909 - This act would allow school districts within a
Special School District to assume full responsibility for
educating one or more categories of students with disabilities.
The State Board shall promulgate rules to implement this
transfer. Upon providing written notice, the school district
shall have full responsibility for such students and shall
receive proportional funding from the Special School District for
such students.
