SCR 41 This act would revoke a proposed amendment to a
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education rule relating to
training requirements of new school board members. The amendment
was disapproved by the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules as
exceeding the statutory authority of the Department. Passage of
the resolution would ratify the disapproval of the Joint
Committee and make the revocation permanent.
