SJR 22 - This resolution would submit a constitutional amendment which, if approved by Missouri voters, provides that all fees established for environmental protection, conservation or natural resources purposes shall not be included in "total state revenues" or included as an expense of state government for the purposes of Hancock Amendment limitations.
This resolution is similar to SJR 2 from 1997.
