SJR 34 - This Joint Resolution, if approved by the voters,
would repeal the current 8-year term limits provisions and enact
12-year term limits for the House and 12-year term limits for the
Senate, not counting partial terms. Additionally, voters could
petition to have a Senator or Representative serve beyond 12
years if certain requirements are met.
