AN ACT
To amend chapter 393, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to billing procedures of providers of utility services.
Section A. Chapter 393, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 393.300, to read as follows:
393.300. Any provider of sewer, water, electric or gas utility service, whether public or private, shall, upon the request of a customer of such provider, provide the customer's bills in braille or no less than twenty-four point bold-faced type print or both.
