AN ACT
To amend chapter 389, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to railroads.
Section A. Chapter 389, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 389.925, to read as follows:
389.925. Every person or company operating a railroad in this state shall equip each train with at least one permanent, properly functioning flush or chemical toilet which is adequately lighted, temperature controlled and ventilated, and which shall be regularly maintained, serviced and kept clean and sanitary by the person or company operating the train.
