AN ACT
To amend chapter 8, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to public officers and employees.
Section A. Chapter 8, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 8.296, to read as follows:
8.296. No public street, highway, building, park or other publicly owned facility or property of the state or any political subdivision shall be named after any member of the general assembly or any statewide elected official while such member or official holds elected office.
