AN ACT
To amend chapter 67, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to local government.
Section A. Chapter 67, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 67.212, to read as follows:
67.212. The county commission of any county may replace any member on any board over which the commission has the authority to appoint members for failing without good cause to attend meetings of the board.
