AN ACT
To authorize the board of regents of Southeast Missouri State University to convey certain property of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau County Missouri, to the city of Cape Girardeau.
Section 1. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and empowered to give, grant, bargain, convey and confirm to the city of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, certain property of Southeast Missouri State University located in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
2. Such property to be conveyed consisting of the following:
Part of Outlot No. 72 in U.S. Private Survey 2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
TRACT "A":
Commencing at the southeast corner of Outlot No. 72; thence North 04 degrees, 05 minutes, 59 seconds West, 554.98 feet to the point of beginning, said point of beginning being on the West right of way of N. Sprigg Street; thence North 83 degrees, 16 minutes, 00 seconds West, 274.63 feet to a point; thence North 85 degrees, 10 minutes, 33 seconds West, 837.23 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees, 49 minutes, 27 seconds East, 10.00 feet to a point in a curve to the left; thence along said curve to the left, having a radius of 545.00 feet for a length of 454.62 feet to a point; thence South 48 degrees, 51 minutes, 59 seconds West, 71.37 feet to a point in a curve to the left; thence along said curve to the left, having a radius of 370.00 feet for a length of 194.00 feet to a point; thence South 18 degrees, 49 minutes, 28 seconds West, 226.22 feet; thence South 00 degrees, 47 minutes, 46 seconds E, 47.44 feet to a point; thence, south 89 degrees, 20 minutes, 57 seconds West, 182.21 feet to a point; thence North 39 degrees, 6 minutes, 30 seconds East, 17.97 feet to a point; thence, North 84 degrees, 1 minute, 41 seconds, East, 123.98 feet to a point; thence, North 0 degrees, 17 minutes, 9 seconds East, 72.09 feet to a point; thence North 18 degrees, 49 minutes, 28 seconds East, 194.45 feet to a point in a curve to the right; thence along said curve to the right, having a radius of 430.00 feet for a length of 225.46 feet to a point; thence North 48 degrees, 51 minutes, 59 seconds East, 71.37 feet to a point in a curve to the right; thence along said curve to the right, having a radius of 605.00 feet for a length of 502.71 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees, 49 minutes, 27 seconds East, 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 85 degrees, 10 minutes, 33 seconds East, 838.23 feet to a point; thence south 83 degrees, 16 minutes, 00 seconds East, 266.66 feet to a point on the West right of way of North Sprigg Street; thence along said N. Part of Outlot No. 37 in U.S. Private Survey 2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northeast corner of Outlot No. 37; thence, South 89 degrees, 20 minutes, 57 seconds West, along said Outlot line 635.00 feet to the east line of Henderson Avenue extended; thence, South 00 degrees, 26 minutes, 03 seconds East, along said east line, 18.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence; North 89 degrees, 20 minutes, 57 seconds East 24.85 feet, to a point in a curve to the left having a radius of 85.0 feet for a length of 66.69 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees, 26 minutes, 03 seconds West, 59.96 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 463 square feet (more or less).
Part of Outlot No. 37 in U.S. Private Survey 2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of Outlot No. 37; thence, North 89 degrees, 37 minutes, 09 seconds East, 488.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 14, Normal Heights Subdivision also known as the point of beginning; thence, continue North 89, 37 minutes, 09 seconds East, along said Outlot line, 110.20 feet to a point; thence, South 40 degrees, 28 minutes, 22 seconds East; 23.01 feet to a point; thence, South 0 degrees, 26 minutes, 3 seconds East, 50.08 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees, 33 minutes, 57 seconds, West, 125.00 feet to a point; thence, North 0 degrees, 26 minutes, 3 seconds, West, 67.80 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 8,337 square feet (more or less).3. The consideration for the conveyance shall be as negotiated by the parties.
4. The attorney general shall approve as to form the instrument of conveyance.
