AN ACT
To amend chapter 332, RSMo, relating to dentists by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.
Section A. Chapter 332, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 332.323, to read a follows:
332.323. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any person licensed pursuant to this chapter who provides any service, for which the person is licensed pursuant to this chapter, free of charge or at a reduced rate shall not be subject to an action for civil damages for discrimination because of the person or persons who receive such free or reduced rate services.
