AN ACT
To amend chapter 644, RSMo, relating to the authorization of additional state bonds by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.
Section A. Chapter 644, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 644.509, to read as follows:
644.509. In addition to those sums authorized prior to August 28, 1998, the board of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, as authorized pursuant to section 37(e) of article III of the Constitution of the state of Missouri, may borrow on the credit of this state the sum of fifteen million dollars in the manner and for the purposes set out in chapter 640, RSMo, and chapter 644.
