JOINT RESOLUTION
Submitting to the qualified voters of Missouri, an amendment amending article VI, of the Constitution of Missouri, by adding one new section, relating to water pollution control.
That at the next general election to be held in the state of Missouri, on Tuesday next following the first Monday in November, 1998, or at a special election to be called by the governor for that purpose, there is hereby submitted to the qualified voters of this state, as two separate questions, for adoption or rejection, the following amendments to the Constitution of the State of Missouri:
Section A. Article VI, Constitution of Missouri, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 30(c), to read as follows:
Section 30(c). Any entity created pursuant to Article VI, Section 30(a) of this Constitution may engage in those activities authorized by the charter of such entity that are not prohibited by the general assembly.
