AN ACT

To amend chapter 327, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the practice of architecture.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A.  Chapter 327, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 327.106, to read as follows:

327.106.  Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, any applicant for a license to practice architecture who holds a valid license to practice architecture in Canada shall be licensed to practice architecture in this state, if such applicant holds certification pursuant to the terms of the Inter-Recognition Agreement between the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the Canadian Architectural Councils and provided the applicant meets all other qualifications for licensure as an architect as provided in this chapter.
