AN ACT

To authorize the conveyance of state property to the city of St. Peters.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1.  The governor is hereby authorized to remise, release and forever quit claim the following described property to the city of St. Peters, Missouri.  The property to be conveyed is more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land being part of Section 10, in Township 46 North, Range 4 East, St. Charles County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest corner of property conveyed to the Governor of the State of Missouri, as described in the deed recorded in Book 1054 page 1504 of the St. Charles County records and the Southern right-of-way line of McClay road; thence South 88 59' 16" East, 408.01 feet to a point; thence North 83 13' 48" East, 143.47 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 16 36' 42" West, 840.00 feet from the last mentioned point, an arc distance of 258.38 feet to the point of tangency; thence North 88 59' 16" West, 290.48 feet to a point on the West line of aforesaid tract; thence North 13 57' 37" West, 20.70 feet to the point of beginning and containing 9,019.38 square feet or 0.21 acres more or less.

Section 2.  Consideration for the conveyance shall be nine thousand five hundred seventy dollars to be deposited in the mental health housing trust fund.

Section 3.  The attorney general shall approve as to form the instrument of conveyance.
