AN ACT
To amend chapter 332, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to dentists.
Section A. Chapter 332, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 332.323, to read as follows:
332.323. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any health care provider licensed pursuant to this chapter who provides any service for which the health care provider is licensed may provide such service free of charge. Such health care provider shall not be subject to an action for civil damages for discrimination based on the provision of such free dental services.
