DESCRIPTION

This proposal would exempt the transferring of collectable firearms from the crime of transferring firearms without a permit. The proposal defines types of antique and collectable firearms which are exempted.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
