FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Department of Public Safety - Missouri State Water Patrol assumed that this proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agency.
Officials of the State Courts Administrator assumed that there could be a small increase in the number of cases prosecuted; however, after a period of adjustment, they would not expect the increased numbers of criminal prosecutions to be significant.
