ASSUMPTION

Officials from Central Missouri State University, Southwest Missouri State University, Missouri Western State College, University of Missouri, Harris-Stowe State College assume the proposal would result in no fiscal impact to the institutions.
Officials from Missouri Southern State College assume the proposal would require $2,000 annually because they allocate that amount for the travel expenses of each board member.
Officials from Truman State University assume the estimated fiscal impact resulting from the proposal would be $5,200 per year to cover operational costs of the additional board member.
The Oversight Division assumes the colleges and universities could absorb any additional costs in their existing budgets.
