ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Mental Health (DMH) assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agency. DMH states that various documents that consist of the division name would be updated as needed (with workload to be absorbed by current staff) and letterhead, etc. would be updated as used.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal would change the name of a division within the Department of Mental Health. The Division of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities is renamed the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
