ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOL) assume this proposal would have minimal fiscal impact on their agency. DOL assumes this proposal may produce an additional 5 or less cases per year. Therefore, current budgeted appropriations could absorb any resulting expense.
