FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from Lincoln University (LU) assume the proposal would result in no fiscal impact because LU has never had a student curator.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposal would delete the language requiring at least one curator from Lincoln University to be a student.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
