DESCRIPTION
The proposal closes business records submitted to the Department of Agriculture if those records may endanger the competitive position of a business or if they pertain to tax credits or financial assistance awarded by the Department.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
