SCS/HB 1556 - This act authorizes the expansion of the child protection system established by the Division of Family Services from eight areas of the state to the entire state. Those required to report abuses may file reports with other states if such abuses occurred outside of Missouri. If the other state accepts the report, no report is required to be made to the Missouri Division of Family Services. This bill is similar to SB 961.
