HB 1357 -- KETAMINE AS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CO-SPONSORS: Broach, Secrest COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on Criminal Law by a vote of 13 to 0. This bill adds the substance Ketamine to the list of Schedule III, controlled substances. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds. PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the bill adds Ketamine, a veterinarian drug used in methamphetamine production and date rape, to the list of controlled substances.
