SB 476 - This act requires any discussion or consideration by the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Board, relating to the bid or contract process, to be open to the public. This act also removes the Director of the Department of Insurance from the Board of Trustees for Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan and adds one non-plan member appointed by the Governor to the Board.
