SB 481 - This act expands the effect of Supreme Court Rule 5.29 to proceedings before the Administrative Hearing Commission and Worker's Compensation Commission. Current rule provides for self representation, charging of fees, and business representation by certain employees of the business only in proceedings before the state division of employment security. This act expands these provisions to apply to proceedings before the Administrative Hearing Commission, and Worker's Compensation Commission.
