SB 548 - This act would allow the State Mental Health Commission to employ an additional two persons to work at the pleasure of the Commission to provide necessary assistance in the performance of the Commission's duties, and to assist the Commission in carrying out its planning functions and other duties.

The provision allowing the employment of up to two more persons terminates on August 28, 2002.

This act is identical to SB 380 from 1997.
