SB 672 - Liquor wholesalers must sell to retailers at the scheduled invoice price. Liquor wholesalers can not take purchase orders to be delivered in a subsequent calendar month from that in which the order was placed. An exception is if both consent and the order and delivery take place, respectively, within the last and first three days of consecutive calendar months.
