SB 713 - This act relates to payments for mental health services. The act establishes a negotiation process between providers and the Department of Mental Health. A single trend factor is negotiated each year between the Department and affected providers. Trend factors shall not exceed the consumer price index for medical care as developed by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
