SJR 25 - This proposed constitutional amendment would reduce the current restriction on members of licensed organizations to manage or conduct bingo games from a two year membership requirement to one year. The amendment would also allow paid staff persons of the organizations to manage or conduct games of bingo and would remove the current prohibition against advertising bingo games.
