SS/SB 518 - This act limits the requirement for motor vehicle safety inspections to once every three years. In addition, the seller of any motor vehicle shall submit the vehicle for a one-time inspection. The fees for safety inspections are tripled, from $7.00 to $21.00. Emissions inspections shall continue without any changes.
