SCS/SB 762 - This act requires health insurance plans to provide coverage for the administration of general anesthesia and hospital or office charges incurred by children under age 5, the disabled and others in connection with dental care. Prior authorization may be required by the insurer. Certain limited benefit insurance policies are excluded.
