SB 6 - This act authorizes the subtraction from a taxpayer's federal adjusted gross income, in determining Missouri adjusted gross income, of any amounts of social security benefits. The act has an effective date of January 1, 2000, and applies to all taxable years beginning on or after December 31, 1999.
The act is the same as SB 547 (1998).
