SB 41 - This act makes two revisions pertaining to the Board of Curators of Lincoln University. No more than one person shall be appointed to the Board from any Congressional district. The student representative to the Board of Curators of Lincoln University shall receive actual expenses while attending meetings of the Board.
This act is identical to SB 506 from 1998 and HB 230 from
1999.
