SB 74 - This act authorizes, for all taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2000, a state income tax deduction for school tuition, attendance fees, supplies, and transportation costs, up to a maximum of $2,500 for each dependent in grades kindergarten through twelve.
The act is similar to SB 472 (1998).
