SB 77 - This act reduces the maximum property tax rate for
the Symphony Orchestra Subdistrict of the St. Louis Metropolitan
Zoological Park and Museum District from the current four cents
per $100 assessed valuation to two cents per $100 assessed
valuation. The new rate may not be imposed for more than two
years and may be used only for the purpose of renovating and
expanding Powell Symphony Hall.
