SB 86 This act creates a defense to a claim of property
ownership by adverse possession. Such a claim would not lie
where the record owner continuously fulfilled all obligations of
ownership including, but not limited to, timely payment of all
taxes. A similar provision is contained in CCS/HS/HCS/SCS/SB
394.
